We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and be the driving force behind our lead generation and sales pipeline.
Role Overview:
As an SDR, you’ll be at the front lines of our sales process, responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and creating opportunities with potential clients. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, technology, and helping businesses transform the way they communicate with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach (via email, phone, and social media) to identify and engage potential clients in need of our cloud-based solutions.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the Sales Team.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects using our CRM.
- Conduct research to understand the target industries, key decision-makers, and pain points of potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and provide feedback to improve the overall sales process.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferably in SaaS, tech, or telecommunications).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over phone and email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach strategies, preferably Zoho CRM.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a hunger for results and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English required, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, or Spanish are considered an advantage.
