Fastmarkets, a market-leading Price Reporting Agency (PRA), is seeking a talented individual to join our successful, dynamic, and passionate Sales Enablement team. You will play a crucial role in empowering our sales and revenue teams, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and resources to achieve peak performance and deliver exceptional results.
About the Role:
As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will work closely with Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership to optimise our sales processes and enhance overall efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment where your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sales enablement and Sales leadership teams to:
Content Management:
- Organising, auditing, updating, and maintaining content libraries and repositories (e.g., onboarding materials, sales playbooks, product information).
- Ensuring content is relevant, accurate, and easily accessible to the sales and revenue teams through clear signposting and communications where required.
- Utilising content management systems (CMS) or Sharepoint resources and learning management systems (LMS).
Training and Onboarding:
- Assisting with the coordination and preparation of training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
- Managing logistics for training events, Sales Summit planning such as booking venues and preparing materials and organising event logistics.
- Ensuring new hires are onboarded effectively and have access to the necessary resources.
Communication and Coordination:
- Managing internal communication campaigns via email, Teams, and other tools.
- Ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across different teams.
- Facilitating communication between sales, marketing, and other revenue-generating teams.
- Maintaining and updating of our functional intranet information pages.
- Facilitating quarterly and annual talent recognition – coordinating nominations and selection among sales leaders.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Tracking and analysing data related to training effectiveness, content usage, and sales performance.
- Identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
- Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Raising of Purchase Orders
Sales Process Optimisation:
- Supporting the implementation of new sales methodologies and processes.
- Helping to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborating with sales leaders to identify and address sales execution and individual performance issues through training and knowledge resources.
Tool Management:
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Providing support to users of these tools.
- Proficiency in using sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, content management systems, Canva design, LucidChart).
- AI and Tech fluency, able to learn, adopt and teach new and evolving sales tech stack.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient with managing basic accounting and invoicing tools e.g. Netsuite or such like tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
