We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled SALES Development Representatives for Sofia and Tbilisi (or someone looking to become one) whose opportunity is to use our awesome systems, prospects databases and existing clients to call on, present and grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a database of leads;
  • Utilize various tools (CRM systems, dialer, etc) to achieve daily targets;
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients;
  • Track your performance and achieve monthly goals;
  • Work closely with the sales team;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience in telemarketing (1-2 years);
  • Familiarity with cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales processes;
  • Experience using CRM software and telecommunication tools;
