Key Responsibilities
- Assist Russian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about our services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for a positive resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer experience.
- Stay informed about our products and services to deliver knowledgeable support.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and expertise.
Requirements - Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service is preferred; a passion for helping customers is a must!
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, empathetic attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage challenging situations with ease.
- Familiarity with customer service software and technology tools is a plus.
- A positive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
