We are looking for a positive, motivated person to join our Team as Front Office Manager!


This role is well-suited for a highly organized, proactive individual with a positive attitude, who is eager to contribute to a vibrant and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will be capable of juggling diverse tasks and ready to support the team’s success through effective office and facilities management.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Be the go-to person for any office related issues your colleagues might have.
  • Manage the office supplies, including inventory tracking, order placement, and vendor relations.
  • Manage business travels for team members in alignment with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating various team activities and initiatives, such as organizing team-building events.
  • Work closely with building management to address and resolve any facility-related issues, ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment.


OUR EXPECTATIONS:


  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken (at least B2).
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude.
  • Open to multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented person.
  • Problem-solving and communication Skills
  • A high school diploma. Bachelor's, or higher education with a relevant specialty would be a plus.
