Main Responsibilities

• Monitor user interactions to ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to inquiries related to trust and safety from users.
• Provide guidance and support to users on best practices for maintaining online security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance safety policies and procedures.
• Document user feedback and trends concerning safety, providing insights to management.
• Stay updated on the latest challenges and developments in the digital trust and safety field.

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria or currently residing in the area.
