Main Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries regarding trust and safety issues.
• Educate users on best practices for maintaining security in their online interactions.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and enhance safety policies and procedures.
• Document user feedback and trends related to safety, providing insights to management.
• Stay updated on emerging challenges in the digital trust and safety landscape.

• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or currently residing in the area.
