Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality back-office support to Polish-speaking customers concerning gaming inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gaming accounts, payments, and product features.
- Assist customers via various communication channels, including email and chat.
- Document customer interactions and solutions to contribute to quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about gaming products and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements - Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and gaming-related technologies.
- Experience in customer service or back-office support is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
