Main Responsibilities

• Document user feedback and trends related to safety, providing insights to management.
• Stay updated on emerging challenges in the digital trust and safety landscape.

• Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with the support of a relocation package.
