Main Responsibilities

• Monitor user activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Respond quickly and effectively to inquiries regarding trust and safety issues from users.
• Provide guidance and support to users on best practices for maintaining online security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance safety policies and procedures.
• Document user feedback and trends related to safety, providing insights to management.
• Stay updated on emerging challenges in the digital trust and safety landscape.

• Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or currently residing in the area.
