Main Responsibilities

• Respond accurately and promptly to inquiries related to trust and safety raised by users.
• Educate users about best practices for maintaining security in their online activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and refine safety protocols and policies.
• Document user feedback and safety trends, providing insights for management.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and challenges in the digital trust and safety space.

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or currently residing in the area.
