Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user activities to ensure compliance with digital safety standards.
• Address and resolve user inquiries regarding trust and safety in a timely manner.
• Provide education and guidance on best practices for online security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine safety policies and procedures.
• Document user feedback and trends, reporting insights to the management team.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in digital trust and safety.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and embrace the local culture.
