Key Responsibilities

• Document user feedback and analyze safety trends to inform improvements.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the digital trust and safety field.

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or similar fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and embrace the local culture.
