Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German regarding ride-sharing services.
- Assist users with account setup, trip inquiries, and payment-related questions.
- Resolve issues related to ride experiences, driver interactions, and app features.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address and escalate complex issues.
- Stay informed about app updates, promotions, and service changes to provide relevant assistance.
- Promote a positive user experience through proactive communication and support.
Requirements - Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the transportation or app services, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and mobile applications.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
