In this vital role, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to our range of home appliances, providing top-tier support to ensure their satisfaction. Your fluency in German will enhance communication with our clients, helping them resolve issues, understand product features, and navigate after-sales support. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German regarding home appliance products and services.
• Provide technical assistance, helping customers troubleshoot issues with their appliances.
• Offer guidance on product features, installation processes, and maintenance tips.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, including new releases and warranty policies.
• Collect customer feedback to improve the overall service experience.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in home appliances or technical support, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle technical inquiries and problem-solve effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and technical documentation.
