Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review digital content to ensure compliance with platform policies and safety standards.
• Provide support to German-speaking clients regarding safety issues and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify potential threats and propose effective strategies to mitigate risks across digital platforms.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records of assessments and actions taken.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trust and safety protocols.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, threats, and best practices in digital safety and security.
• Deliver training and resources to clients to promote safe online behaviors.

• Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client interaction.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and relevant safety regulations is a plus.
• Proactive in learning about emerging trends and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate various client time zones.
