Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding food delivery services, orders, and tracking
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with delivery teams and internal departments to resolve issues
- Provide customers with detailed information about menu options and promotions
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service levels
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service changes
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the food delivery or hospitality sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-first attitude and a proactive approach
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced setting
