Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Manage customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and account assistance with professionalism.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system to track inquiries and resolutions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance both personal and team performance.
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of any additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online customer support tools is an advantage.
