Your primary focus will be on addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction within our e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and account assistance with professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system to track inquiries and resolutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance both personal and team performance.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of any additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online customer support tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
