Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch or Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product-related questions.
- Provide clear and thorough troubleshooting steps to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the support system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through quality support.
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
