Job Description

To make sure our customers have an awesome experience, you'll be the mastermind behind:

• Review and validate customer documents;
• Assess potential risks linked to customer profiles and transactions;
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of document verification and customer data;
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve verification-related issues;
• Stay updated on KYC, AML, and compliance regulations to follow best practices;

Qualifications

• Minimum Language requirements: English (B2);
• 6 Months+ of relevant working experience in a back-office or customer support role will be considered an advantage;
• Attention to detail;
• Proactive and Customer-centric;
• Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite proficiency;
