About The Role


As a Customer Support Specialist at Montway, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and support for our customers and carriers. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Acting as the main point of contact between customers and carriers assigned to deliver vehicles.
  • Handling inbound calls, text messages, and emails related to auto transport quotes, booking confirmations, pick-up and delivery updates, billing, and order changes.
  • Providing accurate information on pricing, delivery status, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Entering data into the CRM system for processing orders, accessing previous orders, providing quotes, shipment instructions, and delivery updates. 
  • Researching and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Offering suggestions to improve customer service operations and enhance processes.


What We're Looking For


  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and refined telephone communication.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer support/sales is a plus.
  • High School diploma.


Additional Information

  • Shifts on US working hours (CST)
  • Flexible hybrid work model after 6th month in the company - 70% from the office, 30% work from home
