We are looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and is passionate about driving strategic growth.
What to expect:
Lead new client acquisition and relationship expansion.
Identify, target, and engage high-potential prospects across key industries
Contribute to and shape the overall sales strategy
Proactively reach out to new clients and conduct strategic meetings
Craft tailored proposals and presentations to showcase Accedia’s tech capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing and Engineering teams to align offers with client needs
Drive and optimize outbound campaigns to explore new market segments
The perfect candidate meets the following:
6+ years of experience in business development and/or account management in IT services or related field, including management responsibilities
A strong grasp of consultative selling and solution-based approach
Experience engaging internationally with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Track record of exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in presenting company services at international trade fairs, conferences, or industry events
Proficiency in CRM systems
Fluency in English
