Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and is passionate about driving strategic growth. 

What to expect: 

  • Lead new client acquisition and relationship expansion.

  • Identify, target, and engage high-potential prospects across key industries

  • Contribute to and shape the overall sales strategy

  • Proactively reach out to new clients and conduct strategic meetings

  • Craft tailored proposals and presentations to showcase Accedia’s tech capabilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing and Engineering teams to align offers with client needs

  • Drive and optimize outbound campaigns to explore new market segments

Job requirements

The perfect candidate meets the following:

  • 6+ years of experience in business development and/or account management in IT services or related field, including management responsibilities

  • A strong grasp of consultative selling and solution-based approach

  • Experience engaging internationally with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Track record of exceeding targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in presenting company services at international trade fairs, conferences, or industry events

  • Proficiency in CRM systems

  • Fluency in English
