As a Cognyter you will:
- Analyze large and complex datasets across departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights
- Translate business needs into structured data analysis, delivering impactful dashboards, reports, and recommendations
- Support strategic decision-making through business intelligence tools and data storytelling
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with IT and GTM teams to evaluate current Salesforce (SFDC) usage, identify workflow gaps, and enhance CRM-related processes
- Help design, document, and implement improvements in Salesforce to increase efficiency, automation, and data integrity
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure CRM updates meet operational needs
- Maintain high data quality and governance standards within Salesforce
- Provide user training and support change management for Salesforce process updates
For that mission, you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role with a strong focus on data-driven insights and CRM optimization
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), including workflows, reports, dashboards, and data governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a passion for turning data into meaningful business outcomes
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages – an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar); advanced degree – an advantage
