Your Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide prospective customers with information about our products and services.
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work well in a hybrid environment, managing your time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
