Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about our financial instruments and services.
  • Respond to customer requests regarding installation, registration, and software operations.
  • Offer support for technical, trading, and financial issues through email and chat.
  • Verify request details with customers.
  • Research and resolve queries to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up to ensure successful resolution of each case.

Our Recruitment Process:

  1. CV Screening: We’ll review your resume to ensure it meets our job requirements.
  2. Phone Conversation: If selected, you’ll have a friendly 15-minute call to discuss the role, shifts, your motivation, salary expectations, and availability.
  3. Online Interview and Assignment: A 50-60 minute Zoom call with the Team Leader and Manager of Customer Success, including an interview and a critical thinking live test. Don’t worry, no preparation is needed for the test.
  4. On-site Meeting: The final step is an on-site meeting in our Sofia office with the Head of Customer Support.

• Fluency in the Dutch language;

• Fluency in the English language;
